Pixio Box manufactures custom corrugated mailer boxes to your specifications. Because all products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun, except in cases of manufacturing defect.
If you receive products that do not match the approved specifications or contain manufacturing defects, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace defective items or issue a credit at our discretion.
