We want you to be completely satisfied with your custom packaging order.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, production may have already begun, and cancellation may incur a charge of up to 50% of the order value.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once production has begun. We do not accept returns on custom-printed packaging unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Defects & Damages

If you receive damaged or defective items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos showing the issue. We will evaluate and provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Shipping Damages

For DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipments, we are responsible for the condition of goods upon delivery. Please inspect your order immediately and report any damage within 48 hours.
