Shipping Policy

1. Production & Processing

All orders are manufactured to your specifications. Production begins after order confirmation and payment clearance (or purchase order approval for established accounts).

Estimated production lead times:

  • Custom Corrugated Mailer Boxes: 5–10 business days
  • Custom Printed Folding Cartons: 7–15 business days
  • Premium Rigid Gift Boxes: 10–20 business days
  • Rush orders (expedited): 3–5 business days — subject to capacity and additional fees

Lead times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons. We will confirm your delivery schedule in the order acknowledgment.


2. Shipping Methods & Transit Times

We ship worldwide from our facility in Dongguan, China via multiple carrier options:

Transit times are calculated from the shipment dispatch date and may be affected by customs clearance, port congestion, or seasonal logistics demand.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on total order weight, volumetric weight, destination, and selected service level. A shipping quotation will be provided on your proforma invoice for approval before we proceed. We compare rates across multiple carriers to offer you the most cost-effective solution.

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service is available for shipments to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, and select other markets. With DDP, all duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are included in the shipping cost — no surprises at delivery.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For non-DDP shipments, import duties, taxes, and customs brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges vary by country and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We recommend consulting your local customs authority for an estimate of applicable fees before placing your order.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates are available via the carrier's website. For express shipments, real-time tracking is available end-to-end.


6. Shipping Damage & Claims

All orders are inspected before packing and securely packaged for transit. In the unlikely event of damage during shipping:

  1. Document the damage with photographs (packaging and product).
  2. Contact us within 3 business days of receipt.
  3. We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf and arrange for replacement or credit.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be modified or cancelled before production has commenced. Once production is in progress, cancellation fees may apply based on materials and labor already committed. Please contact us as early as possible if changes are needed.
