By accessing or using Pixio Box (pixiobox.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Products & Orders

All custom packaging orders are produced based on specifications provided by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to verify all dimensions, materials, and printing details before placing an order.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in USD. Payment is required before production begins. Prices are subject to change without notice, but quoted prices are valid for 15 days.

4. Production & Lead Times

Standard production time is 7-15 business days depending on order complexity and quantity. Shipping times vary by destination and shipping method.

5. Intellectual Property

Customers retain all rights to their artwork and designs. Pixio Box will not reproduce or share customer designs without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pixio Box's liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of China (PRC).
